Defining the Needs of your Community
This training will be an interactive demonstration on how to access Census 2000 data and learn how to analyze demographic, economic, and social characteristics and how to use demographics in their community work. The workshop will focus specifically on housing, community economic development, and immigration issues and will samples techniques to use the information in grant writing, community organizing, and program and policy development.
