Kultivate Labs, one of many organizations in National CAPACD’s coalition, has transformed a former parking lot in San Francisco’s SOMA Pilipinas Filipino Cultural District into Kapwa Gardens, a vibrant neighborhood art and wellness space built by and for the community.
